I believe that we were all put on this planet to serve. l am proud to launch The Judge Penny Brown Reynolds Foundation, Inc. This Nonprofit
Corporation will serve to provide a nationally recognized platform for the restoration and promotion of the family. The foundation will partner with community, corporate, non-proft and governmental entities in order to provide ground-breaking programs and services which will address basic needs affecting women, men and children within the family unit for the purpose of empowering the family.
